Jennifer, Janice’s daughter, received a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University in Corporate Media and is married to David Ogle. She is a certified staging professional and initiates the “Staging Process” with a detailed consultation with our clients as to what to expect to get their home “market-ready”. She and Janice work together to stage your home with furniture and accessories so it outshines the competition on the market. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in her daughter’s cheer at Deep Run High School and Fame Allstars and her son’s sports on travel teams and Benedictine College Prep. Aside from staging and cheering on her kids, Jennifer and David’s three Doodles (2 Goldendoodles and a St. Berdoodle) keep her on her toes!

Bob, Janice’s husband, joined the Taylor Team after retiring from government and military service. He supervises and provides quality control for all of our pre-listing and staging work. He also drives the Taylor Team staging van! In addition, Bob is the liaison between our contractors and our clients with regard to home inspection details and supervises our walk-through’s on behalf of our sellers. Bob is the Taylor Team’s “go-to” guy and is always willing to help our clients with the details! He enjoys spending time with the grandkids, particularly at the family beach house in Virginia Beach, jet skiing on the bay, and anything Corvette-related!

Brandy, a Richmond native, was “born into the business” with a family in real estate sales, new construction, custom building, and even development. She brings a wide variety of knowledge to her position and is thoroughly engaged with our clients and stays up to date with new marketing trends to highlight your home in online and print marketing. Brandy is also the liaison between agents and sellers on feedback from showings. Brandy lives in the Rockville/Manakin area with her daughter, who is currently a nursing student at Bon Secours, obtaining her BSN. She loves spending her free time with her daughter and family who live close by.
